Descriptive Essay About Soccer - 789 Words

When I was a child, I started to love soccer and all I wanted to do was playing it. I loved soccer like girls love woman accessory such as lipstick, cream. I played every match with my passion and I took that as a joy, an important part in my life. However, there was a match which I would remember for the rest of my life. It happened 9 months ago but it feels as if it was yesterday. It was a beautiful afternoon with sunshine and gentle breeze, I was in the Gold Coast to play soccer with my older brother’s team. Everything was going well. In the first half, our team was winning with 2-0 and all of them were scored by me, the striker. I felt like I was the hero of our team because our opponent was pretty strong. They played hardball and†¦show more content†¦My brother kept shaking me and calling:†Khoa! Khoa! Khoa! Are you okay? Wake up wake up! Look at me, Khoa!† – Khoa is my real name. However, I couldn’t open my eyes and get up. I tried my best to take my hands off my face had a look. Oh My God!!! My hands were full of blood. What was happened to me, to my eye? My brother tried to get me up and see my face. He said I bled a lot, all over my face. He yelled out: â€Å"Take him to hospital, immediately!† That moment, I was so scared and could not say any words. My brother and three other people carefully carried me to a car. I lay on my brother’s lap and started to cry. I was not a weak people, I was scared but not scared enough to cry. I did not know why I cried, perhaps because my mind did not know what to do. Few minutes later, I started to calm down and talked to my brother in order to comfort him because I knew that he was worrying about me. â€Å"My insurance card is in my wallet.†- I joked. â€Å"Forget about it, you silly†, he replied, angrily: The hospital was not far away, only five minutes by car. When we reached the hospital, I sat on a wheelchair and was pushed to the reception. I had to wait for about thirty minutes while my brother was doing the document. My face was still bleeding and nobody gave me first aid or anything. The procedures had been finished and I was sent to the emergency room. I had to wait for a doctor for fifteen minutes.
